6. Recommendations Are Informational Only

FareSignal provides BUY and WAIT recommendations based on historical price trends and timing analysis. These recommendations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute travel, financial, or professional advice.

7. No Guarantee of Accuracy

FareSignal does not guarantee:

• The accuracy of flight prices displayed
• The lowest fare or best deal
• Future price movements
• The availability of flights or seats

8. Price Confirmation Required

Flight prices change frequently. You must confirm the current price, availability, baggage policies, fare rules, and all booking details directly with the airline or booking provider before making a purchase. FareSignal prices are snapshots in time and may not reflect current availability or pricing.

9. Alerts and Notifications

Emails, reminders, and other notifications may be delayed, missed, filtered, or unavailable. You remain responsible for checking current fares, availability, baggage policies, fare rules, and booking details directly with the airline or booking provider.

10. Not a Travel Agency

FareSignal is not a travel agency and does not sell flight tickets. We provide price tracking and recommendations only. All bookings must be made through airlines or third-party booking providers.

11. User Content and Feedback

By submitting feedback, suggestions, or other content to FareSignal, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such content for the purpose of improving our service.

12. Service Ownership

FareSignal owns the app, brand, software, user interface, recommendations, content, and related materials, except for content you provide. These terms do not grant you ownership of any FareSignal intellectual property.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

FareSignal may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their terms and policies.

14. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, abusive behavior, security risk, legal compliance, beta access limits, or service discontinuation.
